Hello! Patrick Samaniego here. I’m a Toronto-based digital colourist working out of Darling Colour & VFX (hellodarling.tv). From a young age, I knew I wanted to be in the film and television industry—though my natural camera shyness quickly steered me behind the scenes and into the world of post-production. After exploring various facets of the craft during college and internships, I fell in love with colour grading. For me, nothing is more rewarding than using colour, texture, and visual nuances to elevate a story's mood and create truly impactful visuals. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of shaping look-and-feel across a wide spectrum of projects, including commercials, feature films, shorts, music videos, and documentaries. I've also had the pleasure of partnering with some incredible global brands, including McDonald's, TD Bank, Walmart, Under Armour, Google, The Olympics, Porsche, & many more!
